Bambino Sitter Agreement
Bambino is a platform that facilitates the listing and booking of babysitting appointments (the “Services”). We make our Services available as an online marketplace for members who list babysitting appointments (“Parents”) to connect with users who want to provide babysitting services (“Sitters”) and make arrangements directly with each other. We make our Services available as an online marketplace for Parents to find, book, and pay Sitters.
BAMBINO IS NOT AN AGENCY. We do not employ or engage Sitters. Our responsibilities are limited to facilitating the availability of the Services.
I acknowledge and agree that, as a facilitator of the babysitting appointments only, Bambino shall have no liability regarding any interactions I have with Parents or their child(ren), whether online or offline, and I assume all risks with booking through the app or website, including but not limited to any risks relating to transportation provided by me at a Parents’ request or otherwise.
The Bambino community relies on its members to be good citizens. I understand and agree that failure to abide by the following, or any of the terms in the Terms of Use, may result in my removal from Bambino:
- In the event I need to cancel a confirmed booking, I will provide parents with at least 2 hours notice. I understand that cancelling within 2 hours will be treated the same as a no-show, which may result in my immediate deactivation.
- I will not snoop, smoke, drink, steal or otherwise behave on the job in a manner that would be considered inappropriate
I understand that Parents will review me after each booking and I will be respectful and courteous regardless of their feedback.
